Credit Bundles
Credits are purchased in bundles for use within our services:

Nature of Purchase
- All purchases are for credits to use on Playmates.ai's services.
- Credits may be spent on messages, images, or other features within the platform.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money except where required by law.
Refund Eligibility
Unused bundles
You may request a refund only where none of the purchased credits in that bundle have been used.
Partially used bundles
Monetary refunds are not available once any credits from a bundle have been used. Partial refunds for leftover/unused credits are not provided.
Per-item credit adjustments
Where appropriate (e.g. a specific message or image purchase is reversed), Playmates.ai may credit your account on a per-message or per-image basis. These adjustments are made in credits only.
How Refunds Are Issued
- Refunds and adjustments are made in credits only, added back to your Playmates.ai account.
- Cash refunds are not offered except where UK law requires otherwise.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Playmates.ai will comply with all legal obligations, including any mandatory refund rights that apply to digital content or services.
