• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or suspected fraud/abuse.

4. Credits, pricing and billing

• Purchases on the Service are for credits which can be spent on messages, images, or other features.
• Credits are a licence to access features and have no cash value. They are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• Per-use costs (e.g. per message or per image) are shown at point of use and may change from time to time.
• Taxes and carrier/SMS charges (if applicable) are your responsibility.

5. AI content & limitations

• Content is generated by AI and is fictional. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, artefacts, or unintended results. Use your own judgement before relying on any content.
• We may filter, restrict, or block prompts/outputs that breach these Terms or applicable law.

6. Your content

• You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload or submit.
• Do not share personal, sensitive, or illegal content. Remove anything you no longer wish us to process.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to facilitate illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or attempt to identify real individuals through the Service.
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass safety systems, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Automate access without written permission (e.g. bots, scraping).

8. SMS/telephony

• By using SMS/phone features you consent to receiving service messages related to your account and usage.
• Your carrier may charge messaging or data fees; these are your responsibility.
• We may limit or discontinue SMS/phone features at any time.

• The Service (including software, text, graphics, and trademarks) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.
• Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including pricing and features.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amounts you paid for credits in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Suspension & termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to protect users or the Service.
• On termination, your licence ends and access to credits/features may cease. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
